3-layer extraction tips
The structure of three levels are clear. Even coffee beginners can get clear operational guidance through the structure.
A.Sealed Layer - Filter paper and dripper fit fully. There is no groove between them. Water can’t pass. It can control the water-flow when you pour in a larger water flow.
B. Water Layer - It’s recommended to pour water within this layer. Since the area of the concaves is gradually reduced, it will be easier for you to control the flow rate.
C.Coffee Layer - 15 / 20g ground coffee will just take over this layer. There are not many ribs in this layer but more grooves.It’s similar to the flannel-like extraction.
