Shipping & Handling
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–4 working days after payment confirmation (excluding public holidays).
- Delivery to Hong Kong and Macau are fulfilled via SF Express. SF Lockers and SF Stores pickups are fully supported.
- If choosing an SF self-pickup location, please input the correct SF Store / Locker Code in the comment box during checkout.
- Once your order has shipped, a confirmation WhatsApp with a Tracking Number will be sent to you.
- All SF Express package pickup notifications have been changed to be pushed through the official application "SFHK APP", thereby reducing the risk of customers being scammed by fake messages.
