The “Uncommon” collection is produced with cacao beans from special micro-lots, each selected from a Single Origin cacao with a unique sensory profile, as it is created with cocoa butter prepared from the beans of the same micro-lot.
On the northern coastal strip of the country, bordering Ecuador, lies the Piura region, where this Nacional genetic cacao grows: the Cacao Blanco de Piura. The Nacional Albino Single Origin Piura Peru cacao is one of the rarest in the world, with a very high percentage of white cacao beans, as they do not contain anthocyanins. This delightful bar is created with the 2017 harvest, selected for its organoleptic properties.
Notes: Intense floral notes, candied fruit, cream, and a molasses finish.
