今次為大家帶黎幾款歐洲製作的朱古力,都是由 Bean-to-bar,仲有不同口味俾大家選擇,每款都是數量有限。

Matcha - $68(50g)

這朱古力是Chá Camélia  Feitoria do Cacao 友誼及合作的成果。經過多次嘗試、實驗、測試及討論,還有愛心及熱情,非常喜悅的朱古力誕生,帶有鮮美的日本茶,結合非常精彩質感及口感的白朱古力。在抹荼及特上煎茶是來自Miyazaki茶園,由Morimoto夫婦以非常細心及愛心,親手種植及採集處理。抹荼是已粉狀,提供色彩外,還有那濃濃的香味及綠茶的味道,而脆脆的特上煎茶葉在當中,沖和口腔及留下長長的清新餘韻。


Egg Tart - $68(50g)

"Pastel de Nata" 是最受歡迎的葡萄牙甜品之一,你可以在葡萄牙任何cafe都搵到葡撻的蹤影,但這個甜點原是起源於1837年的Pasteis de Belém工場,當時祖傳秘方是傳承於Jerónimos修道院,縱使在今時今日這個秘方仍然是秘密。 在1980年,居住在澳門的英國人Andrew Stow旅遊葡萄牙時,對葡撻一試鍾情,非常喜歡之外還打算帶到澳門製造,但他不知道那製作秘方,而是用自己的方法配合當地材料,製造出澳門味道的葡撻,而澳門著名的葡撻就此誕生。

葡撻聯繫葡萄牙及澳門,Feitoira do Cacao 就創作這特別食材,將葡撻的脆口感包含在朱古力當中,再加入少許葡萄牙”Pastel de Nata"特色的cinnaminlemon,讓大家享受重新演繹““Pastel de Nata” 牛奶朱古力的協調美味。

Dark Milk Peru 50% - $35 (27g)

A milk chocolate with a high percentage of cocoa. Creamy with notes of toffee and spices.
Origin: Chulucanas- Piura (Palo Blanco), Peru


Dark Milk Earl Grey Tea - $35 (27g)

The perfect combination of our Peru Palo Blanco chocolate with Earl Grey Tea.
Origin: Palo Alto, Peru
Tasting Notes: Floral, fruity, Bergamot tea




Chuno 70% Double Turned - $38 (25g)

Criollo/Trinitario variety we found on three isolated farms in Northern Nicaragua growing at 300-800 meters altitude. Possible grandfathers of Venezuelan Criollo.

Full body, nutty, black olives, spicy and complex. Very smooth finish.

The beans have been turned gently twice during the 5-day fermentation, producing pronounced nutty characteristics and spicy taste notes. For a more straight dark chocolate flavor with extra acidity, try our triple turned Chuno.

Madagascar 64% (Organic & Slow Dried) - $38 (25g)

Extra slow drying process creates a soft and long chocolate taste. Lots of raspberry notes and a pleasant acidity makes this chocolate super nice with berries.
